Our Renovation Process

How Your Kitchen Comes Together

01 Initial Consultation

We begin with a consultation to understand your renovation goals, budget, and how your new kitchen will function within the wider project. You’ll also have dedicated time with our builder to discuss your specific requirements and how you use your kitchen day to day.

02 Planning & Fixed-Price Quote

When you’re ready to proceed, we arrange a site visit to confirm layout and functional requirements, then provide a transparent fixed-price quote with your kitchen itemised as part of the overall renovation scope.

03 Design & Pre-Construction

Our Interior Designer works closely with you to finalise fixtures and finishes, with detailed 3D renders and plans so you can visualise the space before anything is built. We also manage all procurement to ensure materials and fixtures are ready before construction begins.

04 Build & Quality Completion

Your dedicated Project Manager oversees construction from start to finish. On completion, we conduct a detailed quality walkthrough and provide all required compliance documentation before handing over your finished kitchen.

What’s included in your renovation:

Planning Your kitchen Renovation Budget

Prioritise your must-haves versus the elements that would be nice to have. From there, we can help you balance your wishlist with your budget to get the best outcome.

What affects the budget:

Layout
Retaining a similar layout significantly reduces the work and costs required. Relocating plumbing, electrical or making structural changes will increase both cost and timeframe.

Kitchen size & complexity
Larger spaces and more complex designs require more materials, labour and coordination.

Cabinetry finish
Options range from standard laminate through to designer profiles and premium 2-pac  finishes. Each offers a different look, durability and price point, we will guide you through the options.

Benchtop selection
Laminate is the most cost-effective option, with engineered stone and porcelain increasing in price. Each material has its place depending on budget and how the kitchen will be used.

Splashback type
Tiled splashbacks vary in cost depending on tile selection and size. Glass or stone splashbacks are typically a premium option.

Appliances
A quality mid-range appliance package (cooktop, oven, rangehood, dishwasher) typically sits between $4,000–$5,000, with premium brands and configurations increasing from there. We can help you find the right balance of quality and value.

Flooring
If your flooring is being replaced as part of the kitchen renovation, this will affect the overall cost. We can include this in the scope of works and provide suitable options for your selection.

Electrical & lighting
Upgrades to power supply, switchboards, or the addition of feature lighting (pendants, LED strips) can add to the budget, but we identify these early so there are no surprises.

Most kitchen renovations don’t require permits, particularly if you’re not changing the room’s footprint. However, if your renovation involves structural changes permits may be required. We’ll assess this during your consultation.

Our renovations are covered by statutory warranties in accordance with relevant state laws and the National Construction Code (NCC). This includes:
