Your Camberwell Bathroom, Beautifully Transformed And Ready In Just 3 Weeks*

PROFESSIONAL BATHROOM RENOVATIONS CAMBERWELL

Considered design, a fixed price and complete project management, from first conversation through to final handover, every step is taken care of.

Our Approach to Bathroom Renovations in Camberwell

Renovating your bathroom is one of the most worthwhile projects a Camberwell homeowner can take on. The right renovation lifts the quality of your daily routine and builds lasting value into a home, in a suburb where craftsmanship and attention to detail are genuinely appreciated.

We begin by understanding your bathroom as it actually is: the layout, how it’s used, what’s not working and what you’d like instead. From there, your renovation is led by our licensed registered builders through a process that’s tightly managed, transparently priced and tied to a committed timeline

Every layout, finish and fixture is confirmed before anything is ordered or touched on site, backed by 3D renders and plans, so you know exactly what to expect.

A single team manages every trade, every delivery and every schedule. You stay across the project without needing to organise or chase a thing.

Our in-house builders work alongside the same licensed plumbing and electrical partners on every renovation, people who know our standards and meet them consistently.

Our Renovation Process

How Your Bathroom Renovation Works

01 Initial Consultation

We start with a conversation about your goals, your budget and the scope of what’s involved. Photos, sketches or a mood board can help us get a clearer picture early. Once the brief is shaped, we’ll arrange a consult with our builder to work through the project in detail.

02 Planning & Fixed-Price Quote

We visit your home to take stock of the space and lock in the layout. From there, you receive a fixed-price quote with a fully itemised scope of works. Every cost is accounted for, with no line items left vague and no surprises further down the track.

03 Design & Pre-Construction

While contracts and insurances are being arranged, our Interior Designer works with you to finalise your fixtures and finishes. We handle procurement and prepare 3D renders and plans for your approval. Nothing goes ahead until you’re satisfied with what’s been planned.

04 Build & Quality Completion

Your dedicated Project Manager is on the job from day one to handover. The build is closed out with a thorough quality inspection, and all compliance documentation is provided so you can move forward with complete peace of mind.

Have a Sense of What You Want, but Not Sure Where to Start?

Many of our Camberwell clients arrive with a feeling rather than a plan, a bathroom that no longer suits the home and a budget they’re ready to put to work. We’ll help you turn that into a clear, fixed-price scope you can commit to.

What’s included in your renovation:

Understanding Your Renovation Budget

Understanding what drives cost makes it far easier to decide where to invest and where to pull back. Once we know your priorities, we’ll help you build a budget that gets the most out of your money without cutting corners on what matters.

What drives the cost of your renovation:

Layout
Keeping plumbing and drainage in their existing positions is one of the most effective ways to manage costs, moving them adds labour, materials and time

Bathroom size & complexity
Larger spaces and more detailed designs demand more of everything from materials, labour hours and trade coordination.

Scope & timeframe
Removing walls, relocating services or incorporating structural changes will extend both the programme and the overall cost.

Tiling extent
Tiling the shower recess and vanity splashback delivers a quality result while keeping material and labour costs contained.

Tile size & pattern
Large-format tiles are quicker to lay. Mosaics, smaller formats and decorative patterns involve more cuts, more waste and more time on site.

Tapware selection
Tapware is available at a wide range of price points. We’ll guide you to options that suit your design and take full advantage of our trade pricing.

Vanities & basins
Off-the-shelf vanities offer excellent quality and value. Custom joinery delivers a more tailored result but comes with a higher price tag.

Fittings, finishes & lighting choices
Heated towel rails, underfloor heating, LED mirrors and feature lighting each add real character to a bathroom. We’ll help you assess what makes sense for your home and the way you’ll use the space.

Cost is shaped by your scope, your selections and the degree of structural change involved. The layout decision carries a lot of weight. Working within the existing footprint avoids considerable extra expense. Tiles, tapware, vanities and lighting all build on that foundation. We’ll guide you through each decision and help you land on a budget you’re confident in. Renovations start from $32,900, subject to scope and selections.

You’re in good company. Most of our clients are renovating for the first time. We structure the process to keep each stage clear: what’s included, what’s coming up and what to expect while the build is underway. Your Project Manager is your single point of contact from the initial consult through to handover.

Most straightforward bathrooms are completed within 3 weeks. Projects with structural changes or larger floor areas generally take around 4 weeks. A confirmed schedule is in place before work starts, so there’s no ambiguity around timing.

In most cases, yes. The main disruptions tend to fall during plumbing rough-in and waterproofing, when water access is temporarily unavailable. We work through all of this in the planning stage so you can prepare well in advance.

Yes, both are fully coordinated through our licensed trade partners and managed as part of your renovation. There’s nothing for you to arrange or follow up on separately.

Our renovations are covered by statutory warranties in accordance with Victorian building legislation. This includes:

Where applicable, works are also protected by Domestic Building Insurance (DBI).

Fittings and fixtures carry their own manufacturer warranties, which vary by product and supplier. We source from trusted brands with a track record for quality (many offering extended coverage, including a lifetime warranty on Meir tapware).
