Your Middle Park Bathroom, Thoughtfully Designed And Ready In Just 3 Weeks*

PROFESSIONAL BATHROOM RENOVATIONS MIDDLE PARK

Purposeful design, a locked-in price and full project oversight. Every decision, trade and timeline is managed so you don’t have to be.

Our Approach to Bathroom Renovations in Middle Park

Few investments deliver the way a well-planned bathroom renovation does for a Middle Park homeowner. It raises the quality of your daily life and adds real, enduring value to a home in one of Melbourne’s most characterful inner suburbs.

We take the time to understand your bathroom before any plans are drawn: how the space is used, what frustrates you about it now and what would genuinely improve it. Your renovation is then led by our licensed registered builders, with every cost locked in, every milestone agreed and every decision clearly communicated throughout.

Layouts, finishes and fittings are all resolved and confirmed before a single order is placed or a tool is picked up on site. Supported by 3D renders and plans that leave nothing to guesswork.

Trades, deliveries and scheduling are all handled by one team. Your renovation progresses on time without you needing to coordinate, chase or monitor anything.

Our in-house builders work with the same licensed plumbing and electrical partners across every project. Tradespeople who know exactly what our finished product looks like and how to get there.

Our Renovation Process

How Your Bathroom Renovation Works

01 Initial Consultation

We start with a real conversation about your renovation goals, the budget you’re working with and an honest look at what’s actually involved. Inspiration images and sketches help at this stage. Once we have a clear picture, we bring our builder into the discussion to work through the details.

02 Planning & Fixed-Price Quote

A site visit lets us take accurate measurements, lock in the layout and identify anything that could affect the build before work starts. You then receive a fixed-price quote that covers every element, itemised in full, with no rounding and no room for unwanted surprises.

03 Design & Pre-Construction

Our Interior Designer works through your fixture and finish selections while contracts and insurances are being set up. Procurement is managed by us, and 3D renders and plans are prepared for your review. We only move to construction once you’ve signed off on everything.

04 Build & Quality Completion

Your dedicated Project Manager runs the build end-to-end. Before we hand over, a detailed quality check is completed across every element and all compliance certificates are provided. So you step into your new bathroom knowing everything is done properly.

Understanding Your Renovation Budget

Knowing where cost comes from makes every conversation about budget more productive. Once we understand your priorities, we can direct your investment toward the decisions that will have the greatest impact and find practical ways to economise elsewhere.

What drives the cost of your renovation:

Layout
Plumbing and drainage that stays in place avoids a whole category of costs. Relocating services are one of the most significant budget levers on any renovation.

Bathroom size & complexity
Every additional square metre and every design feature requires more materials, more time on site and more coordination between trades.

Scope & timeframe
Tiling the shower and vanity splashback produces a polished, high-quality result without the material and labour cost of a fully tiled room.

Tiling extent
Large tiles cover the ground efficiently. Feature patterns, mosaics and smaller formats are labour-intensive and will add time and cost to installation.

Tile size & pattern
Large-format tiles are efficient to install. Smaller formats, mosaics and decorative patterns take longer and cost more to lay.

Tapware selection
There are strong options across every price bracket. We’ll help you identify what works with your design and ensures your money goes as far as possible through our trade access.

Vanities & basins
A quality off-the-shelf vanity delivers excellent value. Custom joinery gives you complete control over the outcome but carries a higher price relative to standard options.

Fittings, finishes & lighting choices
Underfloor heating, LED mirrors, feature lighting and heated towel rails all elevate the finished bathroom considerably. We’ll help you work out which additions are worth it for how you’ll actually use the space.

Frequently Asked Questions

The cost is determined by your scope, your selections and how much structural work is involved. Your layout choice alone carries significant weight. Staying within the existing footprint removes a large category of additional cost. Tiles, tapware, vanities and lighting choices build from that point. We’ll step you through each decision and help you put together a budget you’re comfortable committing to. Renovations start from $32,900, subject to scope and selections.

Most of our clients are first-timers. The process is structured to make each stage approachable. You’ll know what’s been decided, what’s coming next and what to expect on site at every point. Your Project Manager is your consistent point of contact from the very first conversation through to the day you take possession.

A bathroom without structural complexity is typically complete within 3 weeks. Projects involving layout changes or larger floor areas generally come in at around 4 weeks. A detailed programme is agreed before work begins – so timing is clear and stays that way.

Generally yes, though water access will be temporarily unavailable during the plumbing rough-in and waterproofing stages in particular. We step through all of this in the planning phase so you can make arrangements with plenty of notice.

Yes. All plumbing and electrical is coordinated through our licensed trade partners and managed as part of your project from start to finish. There’s nothing to organise on your end.

Our renovations are covered by statutory warranties in accordance with Victorian building legislation. This includes:

• Structural work – 6 year warranty
• Non-structural work – 2 year warranty
• Waterproofing – 7 year warranty

Where applicable, works are also protected by Domestic Building Insurance (DBI).
