Logistics are an important part of any renovation. For example, if you’re updating your only bathroom, it’s essential to plan for how you’ll manage everyday needs throughout the build.
Our streamlined process allows us to complete a standard bathroom renovation within 2–3 weeks, significantly reducing disruption.

When you book a free consult, our experienced team will contact you to get an understanding of your needs, budget, urgency of work, and any other relevant information and pictures to prepare you for a dedicated free consultation with our builder to discuss your specific requirements.

Planning & Fixed-Price Quote
When you are ready to proceed, we arrange a site visit to confirm layout and details. We then provide a transparent, fixed-price quote with a clearly defined scope of works.

Approval of quote
Once you are ready to proceed, we will confirm lead, start and completion times, and any other key logistics, along any last finer details, ensuring everything is ready for handover to our Interior Designer.

The Design (Bathrooms, Kitchens & Laundries)
Our Interior Designer will call you for an initial engagement consult to better understand your vision. They will then provide a recommendation of fittings and fixtures to budget with a mood board or proposed options. All of the elements will then be collated and put into a fixtures & finishes schedule that is easy to read and details exactly what will be used. We will also produce 3D rendered images and plans of your space to get you even more excited. Once our Interior Designer has completed the schedule & drawings, they will send for your final review and sign off.

Procurement
Our Procurement Manager will purchase and receive all of your items into our warehouse prior to construction commencing, this is important to avoid any delay of receipt of items once the project commences. Our team will also reconfirm access requirements and time frames.

Project Managed Construction
Your Project Manager will be your dedicated single point of contact during the construction, ensuring everything runs smoothly, so you can enjoy a stress-free renovation. Depending on the length and complexity of your project, progress inspections may need to take place so you can view the works at various stages (for customers not residing in the property we provide frequent updates and images).

Completion
Once the work is nearing completion, your Project Manager will arrange a convenient time to complete a quality walk through to ensure you are happy with the results.

After Sales
Once final payment is received our Customer Service Team will send you a completion pack that contains warranty & care information for your reference, together with all required compliance documentation, so you can enjoy with complete confidence. Remember working with licensed registered builders, you have a 2-year warranty on non-structural work, 7 years waterproofing & 6 years structural.
